it looks like the same shade as the snow plow, boxcar red would work. that is what I use for my M OF W models.

this will be the same advice everyone gives for paint ideas. light and old photographs and sun will change the shade every minute of every day. if you want to match that color, i'd suggest starting with a variant of Boxcar red and then you can fade it and weather it to the shade you want. Idea: mix some MOW orange into the red to get it where you like, start with a little, paint a patch and let it dry completely and then flat coat it so you know how it will be after the decals are applied. you can always add more orange, you can't take away. it's all about trial and error, and of course, don't discount doing different hoppers in a variety of shades!
