Correct me if I'm wrong, but the apparatus ahead of the sand dome on late Reading power (G1-2, M1, I9, I10) is a top-mounted injector, correct?

(between the bell and the sand dome on this I9)

Can anyone illuminate the make and model of injector used by the Reading? I've had no luck finding a commercial casting in O-scale based on what fuzzy images I have, I was hoping the model information would lead me to some close up photos or drawings so I can scratch-build the injectors.

Of course if anyone would like to share any photos or drawings they have access to, that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Yes it is, and reading tended to use nathan injector lifters that are under the cab.

From my research that part is a dual top feed check valve (For the injection system). Cal Scale makes a Nathan model, which Casey has on his models, and they look really cool, but I've never seen one on Reading steam in any of the pics. So, what brand it is I don't know, perhaps it was a Reading invention? Anyway, my plan is to scratch build it for my models. It's basically just two side by side cylinders, with cone-like tops, and I'm guessing a release valve on top of the one.
