According to an email new product announcement from Toy Train Heaven, Intermountain is releasing 4650 ACF center flow hoppers decorated for Reading class LOl. Below are the numbers for this first release.

85-4707501 Reading #79927
85-4707502 Reading #79935
85-4707503 Reading #79943
85-4707504 Reading #79951
85-4707505 Reading #79977
85-4707506 Reading #79989

These cars have an MSRP of $37.95, but TTH has them listed at $29.60.

~~I checked the Atlas website and could not find any additional information on this model.~~ However, I would assume this model is based on phase 2 tooling which does not have full height side ladders or the high-mounted brake wheel as found on the phase 1 cars (e.g. Reading, PRR, etc.)

Reference this drawing for class LOj and LOk cars to see the how the side ladders and brake wheel are placed.
