What's the difference between a GP40-2 and GP39-2? What year did the Reading dieselize? How many tracks were in Rutherford Yard? This board focuses on a discussion of questions or issues concerning the "prototype" Reading Company and its predecessors. While the aim of this board is to serve as a resource for prototype information for modeling purposes, general discussion and sharing of knowledge is also encouraged.

The latest BEE-line of the RCT&HS shows Pullman owned cars being used on the interstate express down the North Penn focosing on one car that ran and was later sold to the reading Co. with drawings or plans of this car. Just forgot its name, must be old age!
anyway check it out.

Whoa, the Pullman Ottawa? I had been aware that one photo was in the archives at the RR Museum of Penna. and recently heard that there is a shot of it in action on the Interstate Express. Didn't realize that it was featured in the Bee Line!
