Rob, don't put pressure on me like that! :cheer:

My clinic on Saturday evening is titled "Realizing the Reading" and discusses my journey to date in planning my layout. Evaluating the prototype for era and locale, key locations to be modeled, the design process, etc.

I don't know if I alone am worth $35, but there are a ton of interesting clinics, and this event is a GREAT source of modeling info. Hope to see some of you there!

Presently at the RPM meet, Dick Foley and Steve Funaro have masterfully replicated the XAd 40' auto box, could not resist picking up three! I had a lengthy conversation with both men and looks like more auto boxcars will be in the works including the 50' versions. There is also another class of 40' box F&C is working on, Reading modelers rejoice!!! Looking forward to continuing conversations and participating in the Reading forums tomorrow. Bill.

Well, I didn't make it. Turns out I was previously committed to my girlfriend's grand-daughter's 3 year birthday party at 5:30. (how did I not see that one coming) I had aspirations to sneak out at 6:15, but the party wasn't sufficiently along to prevent an awkward escape. Even more warning wouldn't have gotten me out of that one. Bummer -

I was very interesting in hearing Tom's perspective and plan's. Perhaps if we get enough people locally we can talk Tom into a private demo at a chip and soda party some evening, lol.

If you attend the RRRMM2 and ask nicely, maybe Tom will do a re-run.
