I'm in the process of building a new layout in my attic. The room has a door at one end and on the opposite wall is a window AC unit. Due to slanted ceiling, I went with basically a u shaped shelf layout. The Layout goes in front of the AC unit. Any suggestions of how to "hide" the AC unit without affecting it's cooling and air flow? Thought about building backdrop around the unit, leaving about 12 inches between unit and backdrop. The part of the backdrop in front of the unit would also be removable to access controls for the AC. Thanks!
