For those that missed it, Athearn will be offering a Genesis Reading GP39-2.

Now comes the question: How many will dump their Atlas Trainman Geeps on eBay in favor of these models? Give the similarities between carbodies, It wouldn’t surprise me if Reading will be in the next run of GP40-2s since they already did the phase 1 model in NS paint (including the rain gutter!).
