TOPIC: Another C424 Build

To complement 2771-Chris here is my C424 build. My models don't have the same amount of frame modifications as Chris's, but I did follow his lead and use Atlas C420 pilots. Rather then remount the handrails, I left them side mounted, and used paint to hide the bottoms.

Note, the paint scheme is not accurate. The Bee Line scheme was only applied to certain 6 axle units. But I don't have any 6 axle units, and I love the scheme.

Front end. Like Chris, I didn't notch the roof from the antenna. But I used 22ga wire rather then styrene for the drip strips.


Fuel tank modifications:
Remove the half-rounds.


Slots filled, and new air tank.
