So pretty much you ended up scratch building the cab and everything above the frame. except for some saved details. What can I say!!! Kudos. Great job!!!

The box under the running board is a fire hose. This was installed on many of the shifters. I ran across an appliance in a manufacturer's catalog that used the injector principle to propel water from the tender into the fire hose. I do not know if the Reading used this or took water directly from the boiler.
