does anyone have any photos of the cement plant that was located next to the mainline in West Conshohocken.Pa. I want to build it for an HO scale module, for a modular group I am in. the company name was the "Valley Forge Cement Company" later bought by the Allentown Portland cement co.it was served by both the Reading and the Upper Merion & Plymouth RR's.

Or the Corson's plant on the Plymouth Br... I remember seeing the old Kaiser Refractory plant, abandoned, in the 80's when I476 ended on Chemical Rd----always meant to get pix.. I moved and that was all she wrote!!!! Pretty wild looking plant-looked like the old Suydam buildings from the 50's!

Mitch, I did get to chase a freight on the Plymouth branch, with a CR slapover ex Reading GP-7,about 1977 or 1978. and have some old B&W shots burried in the storage unit. the Kaiser offices are now a Hampton Inn hotel and a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. the refractory is now called the"Metroplex" shopping plaza.
