Just curious how accurate these are; done, they look nice, I lucked into a finished, nicely painted Pacific a couple years ago and glombed onto it. I also have about half of an Atlantic. They're cast metal and brass construction and about the newest catalog references I can find are around 1953.

Could post some photos if need be. I've flipped a couple of unfinished ones over the years.

I have heard of these so many times, even in MR and RMC "collectors articles", but I cannot recall ever actually seeing a photo of one. The articles always seem to have a "drawing" of them.... I was starting to wonder if it as a myth.... I would for one would dig seeing the real deal.

I have 2 locomotives only ,that I got from my father, they are partially started. my dad has one completely built.I had made a list of cal-scale detail parts to detail my dad's finished one. but he lost the list.

You can see a nice RDG 4-4-2 back cab P7 Mantua @ WWII on ebay now.
Not mine, nor any involvement in it.
