What's the difference between a GP40-2 and GP39-2? What year did the Reading dieselize? How many tracks were in Rutherford Yard? This board focuses on a discussion of questions or issues concerning the "prototype" Reading Company and its predecessors. While the aim of this board is to serve as a resource for prototype information for modeling purposes, general discussion and sharing of knowledge is also encouraged.

Thanks. I keep both eyes open...i can see em and their shenanigans just over the horizon haha. Don't know why we can't all just get along.

Would anyone just LOVE to check out the archives for me? More than happy to pay for any copies of these items....

Thats it! Or one of the many. Class XAd, XAe, XMv and XAPa are the models I am trying to build. I have XAPa completed and painted/decaled, just need the doors made

RDGbuff56, can you perhaps prepare a set of detailed sketches of the doors? If you can get the info to me, we can turn it into a CADD drawing pdq.

We could then have a master created in Shapeways to be used to create resin castings...
