That car or one like it with the R filled in showed up somewhere else in a photo..... I will scout around and see if it is the same car.

From time to time. A photo on Ebay shows up with a boxcar that has the "D" filled in.

Not sure of where I saw it, but the one I spoke of earlier is the 19300 right behind Pennsy E-44 #4457. Both the R and the A do not have the center of the letter painted out.
