Hi all - Just curious whether Santa had any modeling/railroading goodies in the Sleigh for everyone. I got a very generous gift card to Micro-Mark from my wonderful wife, and a Breininger Pottery egg with a train on it (those of you in the Reading/Berks area will likely know what that is more than those outside of the area) from my son. Still waiting on the call from the LHS telling me that my C430s are in.

So, how about you? Any good modeling/railroading gifts this year?

No goodies from Santa. but did reward myself with a few vacvation days to rest up and work on the 2013 "must finish" projects. Only 5-days left to catch up my to-do list.

Nothing from the kids or wife... but did buy this for myself. Was in Disney World just before Thanksgiving and saw this in the Disney art store. Just had to have it... Merry Christmas to me. Not sure if it comes out in the picture, but the lantern Mickey is holding lights up.

Not necessarily reading but I did get 4 vintage magazines called "The Pennsy",
January 1954, september 1956, sept.-oct. 1957 and july-aug. 1957

In the sept.-oct. 1957 one they talk about the new massive yard for the PRR called Conway.
