Great video. I wonder if the I-10 was a brass engine? If not what did jim use to repower it. ( whats under the hood?) It ran so smoothe. Jim is and old friend form East Penn MRR in the 70's & 80's. Nice job Jim on the layout.

Great video! Thanks for sharing, Tom. How does he make his cinder fill so "cindery"? He probably uses the real thing, not a Woodland Scenics facsimile.

Yes, he uses real cinders/anthracite crushed to various sizes for his scenery needs. If you see it in person, you'd swear you were in Coal Country...
