Thanks Mark...yes I had that thought too.I was only making the observation.But,it couldn't hold water for the pilot stripes

wish i could bring myself to model up to the 70s...those green diesels brought a lot of color to the sea of black from the steamers and hoppers...

Those dark green units are very classy. I model late 50s/early 60s, but I have one of the dark green RDG GP40s...just to have one. Nice work as usual, Chris.--Dave
