A few years ago, an individual posted various Anthracite locos he built from commercially available models. One was a RDG I-10sa from the Bachmann I-10, which was highly detailed and repowered. Does anyone know if he is still in business, and if so, have his contact informations. Thank you, Evan

Was that on the "old" site I wonder?
As a side, I never let an old Bachmann I-10 slip away when I see it... you just never know. If I hit the lottery -the diesels are goners!

Bowser used to make a repower kit for the Bachmann I-10, but it has been discontinued.

I think you might be thinking of Casey Peters. He did a conversion on one of his I10-sa's.

No, it isn't Casey Peters, and the rebuilt model used a reduction gear box and can motor, not the Bowser repowering kit. His models were accurately detailed to the Nth degree. The Reading I-10 went for $699. If I recall correctly, he lived in Delaware.

Are you thinking of the Bradford Locomotive Works, Evan? If so, he's out of business.
