Here are a few pics for reference. The ash pit gives a good proportion with the men working there to scale from. I have to look around I may have a few more photos.

Here are some more Gordon pics that are in Reading Railroad Steam in Action II. My book managed to get wrecked by water so they aren't the greatest photos. Of note the ash pit. It seems water is a new medium introduced to make the ash into a slurry, pouring into the hopper like concrete. Also if I remember correctly there were a few BAb baggage cars for storage scattered on site.
