Reading Company Stock Cars

This little piggy went to market... By rail in a stock car.  Hauling livestock was not a significant source of revenue for the Reading as compared to midwestern and western roads; the Reading rostered a total of 106 cars that were retired by the late 1950s.  Clicking the links below will open the reference document in a separate window; clicking the camera icon (where available) will display a photo in a separate window.
