No it is just a dummy locomotive. I have plans for it in the future in a locomotive servicing area. It will of course be "center stage". I figured if I went through all the trouble to kitbash the thing. I was going all the way..

Here's a down-on shot by my friend Tom Danielson, at the ex-PC Pavonia Yard in Camden NJ in 1976. Note what I guess is a crankcase breather of some sort toward the radiator grille on the roof, the two-chime Wabco horn and the extreme weathering! And the ex-EL RS3 in the background-these replaced the PRSL BLW's in May 76. The SW1200m is one of 3 units headed back to Port Richmond on the transfer run that started in 1962 and ended a year or two after this picture was taken.
