I got a hold of the guy who does the metal etchings. Good news is that the price is about the same as before. About $12.00 a set.

Bad news is he is out for 6 weeks due to health problems. I hope you guys understand his situation and will wait patiently. As he's having a tough time right now. Also these are worth waiting for as he does a very good job.

BTW these etchings fit the Proto2000 cabooses as that is what they are designed for. They will work for other manufacturers version of the RDG caboose with some window modifications done to the model. I have even used them to upgrade some old Lifelike cabooses that I built long before the P2000 were available.

Let me know if this situation is going to make you change your mind about ordering the window upgrade kit!
