This board is the place where questions and information specific to MODELING the Reading Company, its equipment and operations can be shared - questions like "What was the window arrangement of AF Tower in Alburtis?" and "What color paint do YOU use to paint the Reading's cream-and-brown buildings?" We also want to hear about YOUR Reading modeling projects!

I think they were used on some early fantrips. I remember seeing a photo of one on a fantrip on the W&N at Isabella curve in the early 1940's.

The car arrived yesterday. I saw it listed more than once. B I N $25.00 + shipping. The eBay photo was greatly lacking. A bit nicer than I was expecting.

So... in all the replies what does the court of Reading Modelers think? Give me a car number! I am going modelers license here if necessary. It sure beats "Ozark Southern"!

Got any photos?

I would go with #10 the car at Strasburg. #15 has a round roof from a rebuild years ago to add air conditioning.

OK Sweet. #10 it is.

Are the on line photos accurate? Was it ever lettered Reading Company?

Does anyone have 1950s in service photos?
