crrcoal OFFLINE Brakeman Posts: 22	Hello folks. I was wondering what if any foreign roads might be loaded at the Rdg served coal mines/colleries in the 70-75 timeframe? Any recommended books on the mines? Thank you!

2771-chris OFFLINE Road Foreman of Engines Posts: 634 Thank you received: 94	Watching the coal trains going and coming out of the New St. Nicholas back in that time period I recall PRR,Clinchfield,N&W,Chessie,WM and yellow striper EL. Most of these were of the 70 and 100 ton variety. Hoppers rated at 50,55 ton were mostly WM and RDG units.
