This club car classed PCc was assigned to its namesake train. After the Crusader was dieselized and its five cars sold in the early 50s, did the dieselized Crusader get a like club car bearing its name? Also, want to verify the lineage of the PCc class. From this site's passenger car listing it appears the Wall Street was originally a class PBm coach converted in 1948 to class PBt semi-streamlined coach. This site's roster shows three cars in this class, 2000-2002. Assume the Wall Street car is a PBt converted to a club car classed PCc and retaining its road number 2000? Any light that can be shed on these questions would be greatly appreciated. Have two of the Bethlehem Car Works kits begging to be assembled. Thank you, Evan Leisey

PS Once the Crusader became a Budd RDC train, several of the "Blimp" cars were stored serviceable on the tracks by the passenger car shops in Reading. The Wall Street was one of those cars.

PBt #2000-2002 were modernized coaches that were rebuilt from PBm coaches #1344-#2000,#1350-#2001#1356-#2002. the only modernized club car was PCc #2050 it was lettered "WALL STREET" converted from PBm coach #1358. diner #1187 was used on the WALL STREET it was a tavern-diner class DCe. 2001-2002 lasted to run in the Push-Pull train, and were used on Conn-Dot, 2001 is at Danbury museum. 2002 was scrapped about 2012. 2000 is part of a hunting club located along the tracks of Steamtown just north of Scranton, along with several of the PBu coaches from the KING COAL,and SCHUYLKILL.
