It will do 18" but it does not do 2 18"s together for a S curve. I tried expanding my grandfather's horizon with his little christmas setup. Seemed more interested in telling me how he set up spur on/off switches then looking at the custom/scratch built engines I brought. haha oh well I tried.

Mailed in my order for the hopper cars earlier in the week...continued working on my proto sd45...I did complete the cab extension using the proto cab and cannon parts.

In the past three weeks, we got two kids off to college and spent some time with our grandson in the Thousand Islands. Today, I'm finishing three RDG boxcars--an XMc and two XMy's. Right now I'm just waiting for some touchup paint to dry; then the trucks go on. They should be done later this evening.--Dave
