Butch,
Where did you get the doors - Pullman Standard's aren't they? I snooped around the Walther's catalogue but didn't see any... Thankfully I have a couple of the Robin's Rails cars but If I could pick up a set of doors I might check out one Accurail's undecorated cars, just to add to my to do list (like I need to find something to add to my to do list)

Rob, I don't remember, they were in my parts box where I put the extra doors ,that we used to get in kits, back in the day. I've probably had them for about at least 15 years.

Maybe someone that has a set of those doors should make a mold for Resin Casting.

I have had a fair amount of success with resin casting. If anyone has a set of these doors I would be willing to make a pattern and cast multiples.

Let me snoop around - I just got back from Houston today. So I am catching up. I have a couple of Robins Rails cars that have not been worked on yet. I am not sure that is where the doors came from or not.

Eureka - Last night I located the doors pictured here. I think I have two sets. In trying to recall where these came from, the best I can come up with is that the Robin's Rails PS car provided three door sets. I think I have three XLj(the 3rd) 20000 series cars where I, of course used these doors. Apparently I have some other roads that used one of the other doors (I know I have a D&H 50000 I<3NY car of this model - no longer in my era)thus the extra doors. I am willing to sacrifice one of the doors for a mold cast if there is someone out thee wants to give it a shot. Already having at least three of the 20000 series, not sure if I "need" another. Here also is the 20030, a bit war weary from moving and storage, yet another rehab project. :(
