My vote is for design A as well. On all of the designs I would downplay the date and other information. The T-shirt isn't an advertisement, it's a memento.

I would have to agree on design A and skipping the dates. The shirt is a memento.

Hello... thanks for the shirt design comments. Maybe it's a car show thing... but the date and place need to be on the shirt to show others where and when the event took place.

Here's a revised look at your favorite, with a yellow background so you can see what it would look like on a yellow shirt...
and how a green shirt might look....

Are you planning on doing full color printing, or just 2 color Silkscreen (i.e. black and green on yellow?) If the latter, they won't end up looking anything like your mock-up. You'll want graphical elements instead of photos, sort of like my T-1 drawing in my avatar (only a large raster file instead of a pencil drawing.)

HI Wowak!!
The company that I do much business with for my car shows and other conventions has a new printing process that will take those jpeg files and print them as is on the shirt! No need to do raster vectoring and color seperations. They say the new process is great for small quantities, like I expect for this event.

Sorry, hadn't looked close enough to know your avatar was a T1 (sorry) so maybe you'd like to give me a copy of it to use? Of course, it will have to be a mirror image, pointing to the right...? Not positive the "angle" is right... LOL!

As for colors, well, yes, hadn't really noticed that it is all basicly 2-3 colors, but there is that red in the museum logo we have to do too. So with the new process, it would be full color just as you see it!
Thanks,
Barry

I lost the actually drawing in the flood, all I have is a relatively low-res scan, but I'll see if I can dig it up.

I don't want to step on any toes, but would you mind if I threw together 1 or 2 shirt designs? You'd be under no obligation to use them of course. My other thought is about copyrights; as in do you have the rights to use those images? The museum logo of course is assumed as a sponsor, but the locomotive photos? I (and I'm sure others) have some photos I wouldn't mind you using, but the ES44 is probably NS intellectual property.
