Thanks, Chris.

I've got a question for anyone out there who's got some photographic expertise. The white balance is off on the hopper photos. In my photo album, it's just fine, but when I transferred them to photobucket, the shots picked up the reddish/orangish tint seen here. What's up?--Dave

Dave...not sure if this helps but I always edit my photos on pb.I either auto fix or enhance them and replace original before saving.

Chris--It just never happened before, and except for one change in taking the pictures, everything else was done the same as before. This time I used the automatic white balance on the camera instead of setting it for the fluorescent lighting used. Maybe that's the difference. Next time I take pictures I'll make the change.--Dave

Here's the next installment of the freight cars finished this summer. Were I able to make the RDG Modelers Meet this weekend, I'd be bringing these and some of the hoppers pictured in a previous post.

First up is RDG XMwa #18034. It is a detailed C&BT car shops kit.

Next is a dirty RDG XMc #109300. It is a Branchline kit. I blew it with the wrong font for the reporting marks and road number; I was assembly-lining some boxcar decaling and just didn't pay attention!

These two XMy's represent recently shopped cars repainted in the speed lettering scheme.

Lastly are a couple of freelance roads that will run on my version of the RDG. They are from my own Lenape RR and and a good friend's Georgetown Northern.

Hope to see plenty of shots from the Meet in the days to come.--Dave

Oops, The XMc is a Red caboose kit, and the XMy's are from Branchline.--Dave
