Jeff Smith of Manheim, PA built this model of a Reading express boxcar (class BMXu) from Reading Company drawings and photos, using a Red Caboose X-29 boxcar kit as a starting point, adding Taylor trucks and extra detail parts as needed. The photos were taken on his club's layout depicting the Reading & Columbia Branch. Take note of that EXQUISITE building behind the boxcar!
